:

Administration Support Scheduler

This support member is responsible for non-clinical tasks at Henderson Behavioral Health. This position involves speaking on the phone with potential and existing clients, families, hospitals, and outside organizations to provide scheduling, maintain appointments, and other support to all outpatient programs through coordinating communication. This position also requires coordination with HBH staff in maintaining their schedule is complete and accurate on a daily basis. This position requires a minimum High School Diploma or equivalent, this is an entry level office based position with opportunities for growth. Customer service support experience is required. High level of verbal communications and interpersonal skills a must. Experience in a fast paced office setting and electronic health records a plus. Basic office experience including answering phones, sending emails and administrative support of office staff a must.
