As a Meta Ads Specialist, you will own the end-to-end strategy, setup, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Your goal is to maximize client ROI by combining data-driven audience targeting, creative A/B testing, and continuous budget management to drive qualified leads, sales, and conversions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Campaign Strategy & Execution:** Build, launch, and manage full-funnel Meta ad campaigns, including custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
* **Performance & Optimization:** Track key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates) and adjust daily targeting, placements, and budgets for peak performance.
* **Creative Testing & Reporting:** Partner with creative teams to test direct-response ad copy and visuals, and deliver clear, actionable reports on campaign performance.
* **Tracking & Technical Setup:** Manage Meta Business Manager, Pixels, and Conversions API (CAPI) to ensure accurate event tracking and attribution.
**Ideal Profile**
* **2+ years** of hands-on experience independently managing Meta ad campaigns with proven performance success.
* Strong technical grasp of **Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and Meta Business Manager**.
* Data-driven mindset skilled in **A/B testing, budget scaling, and CRO strategies**.
* Bonus points for familiarity with **GA4, GTM, Looker Studio**, or e-commerce/lead-generation funnels
