Meat Cutter/Butcher – Paradise Locker Meats (PLM) Schedule: Monday–Friday with probable overtime (No weekends!) Location: Trimble, MO Paradise Locker Meats is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Meat Cutter to join our growing and dynamic team. Why Join Paradise? * Growing, family-owned business * Supportive, team oriented environment * Health, Dental, and Vision insurance * IRA Retirement Plan * Paid Vacation & Holidays * Employee discount at our on-site retail store * Day shift, Monday-Friday Key Responsibilities * Perform Meat cutting duties * Efficiently cut meat with accuracy and attention to detail * Ensure consistent quality control and compliance with company standards * Troubleshoot and optimize processes as needed * Assist processing team members * Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment Skills & Qualifications * Experience with using and keeping a sharp knife * Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude * Strong attention to detail and quality control * Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day * Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality and sanitation * Previous factory or food processing experience preferred, but not required Work Environment This role requires working in cold conditions and around moisture, machinery, and standard production noise.
