Bay Bluffs- Emmet County Medical Care Facility is currently seeking nurses with geriatric, end of life and/or palliative care experience. With a total team approach, we combine dedicated administration with an experienced professional staff to offer a variety of services and programs for our residents, ranging for short term rehabilitation to long-term and dementia focused care and End of Life/Hospice care. Let us show show you how we make a difference. This CNA will be assigned to our new End of Life/Hospice Suite area. Current shift availability is night shift. (5:45p thru 6p) Benefits

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical, psycho-social, and environmental needs of residents
