Estate Planning Attorney

Full-Time • Part-Time • Flexible Schedule Available

Serving clients throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia

Design Legacies. Protect Families. Build Relationships That Last Generations.

Are you an experienced Estate Planning Attorney who enjoys helping clients protect what matters most?

A highly respected and established estate planning practice serving clients throughout Maryland, Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia is seeking an experienced attorney to join its growing team. This opportunity offers something increasingly rare in today's legal market: sophisticated, rewarding legal work combined with genuine flexibility and work-life balance.

Whether you're seeking a traditional full-time position, a reduced-hour schedule, a phased-retirement opportunity, or a flexible arrangement that allows you to continue practicing at a high level while maintaining personal priorities, this firm is willing to structure the role around the right attorney.

If you enjoy becoming a trusted advisor to families, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals while helping them preserve wealth, minimize taxes, and protect future generations, this could be the ideal next step in your career.

As an Estate Planning Attorney, you will serve as a trusted counselor and strategic advisor to clients and their families.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reduced-Hour Practice

The ideal candidate will be available to work in-office approximately three days per week, with flexibility available for the right individual.
