Join the Blue Collars Team – Plumbing Specialist

At Blue Collars Plumbing & HVAC, we're building something different.

We're looking for an experienced plumber who can do more than run service calls. Our ideal candidate is comfortable working on commercial remodels, tenant upfits, underground plumbing installations, fixture replacements, and service work. If you can read plans, solve problems in the field, and take pride in producing quality work, we want to talk with you.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of projects ranging from commercial renovations and new installations to service and repair work. No two days are exactly the same.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Commercial remodels and tenant upfits
  • Reading and interpreting construction drawings
  • Cutting concrete and installing underground plumbing systems
  • Running water, waste, and vent piping
  • Fixture installation and replacement
  • Plumbing service and repair work
  • Troubleshooting plumbing systems
  • Coordinating with project managers, contractors, and customers
  • Ensuring all work meets local code requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years plumbing experience preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
  • Experience with underground plumbing and rough-ins
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Professional appearance and communication
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
