Job Description

This is a standout opportunity for a commercially minded, analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join a high-growth, pre-IPO enterprise SaaS company and become a strategic finance partner to its Go-to-Market (GTM) organization.
This role has evolved beyond traditional FP&A. While you'll continue to support budgeting, forecasting, and expense management, you'll also play a key role in enterprise GTM planning, headcount and capacity planning, and strategic business partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations leaders.
If you enjoy influencing business decisions, partnering directly with senior stakeholders, building scalable financial models, and turning complex data into actionable insights, this role offers exceptional exposure, meaningful impact, and significant opportunity for growth.

The Company

Our client is a high-growth, international enterprise SaaS company with a strong reputation for innovation, collaboration, and thoughtful leadership. As a pre-IPO organization, they continue to scale globally through both organic growth and strategic initiatives.
Their Finance organization is deeply embedded within the business and serves as a trusted partner to leadership across the company. As the GTM organization has evolved, Finance has become increasingly integrated into revenue planning, workforce strategy, and operational decision-making, providing strategic guidance that helps shape the company's future growth.
This is an environment where strong business partners are trusted, empowered, and encouraged to influence decisions beyond the numbers.

The Role

This is a strategic GTM FP&A role with direct exposure to senior leadership across the business. Reporting to the Senior Manager, GTM Finance, you'll partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Finance leaders to support planning, forecasting, workforce strategy, and business performance.
Although the team continues to own operating expense planning, the role has expanded significantly to include greater involvement in enterprise GTM planning, revenue-driven headcount strategy, and forward-looking business decisions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Strategic Business Partnering:Partner directly with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, providing financial guidance that supports strategic business decisions.
  • Enterprise GTM Planning:Support enterprise GTM planning through budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning aligned to revenue growth objectives.

  • Financial Modeling & Business Insights:Develop scalable financial models and dashboards that provide meaningful insights into business performance and future growth opportunities.
  • Investment Analysis:Evaluate GTM initiatives, resource allocation, and business investments to support informed decision-making.
  • Process Improvement:Continuously improve FP&A processes, reporting capabilities, and planning tools to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Executive Reporting:Prepare clear, concise financial presentations and recommendations for Finance and GTM leadership.

The Candidate

You're a curious, commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with the business—not simply producing reports. You have strong FP&A fundamentals, excellent analytical skills, and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced enterprise SaaS environment.
What they're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Approximately3–6 years of FP&A or Strategic Finance experience.
  • Enterprise SaaS experience is required.Candidates must have supported businesses selling to enterprise customers.
  • Experience partnering directly with GTM functions such as Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, or Revenue Operations.
