Job Description
Randstad is seeking a Senior Investment Operations Analyst to support investment data operations, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely distribution of pricing, valuation, and security master data. This role partners with internal teams and external data vendors to maintain high-quality investment data and improve operational processes. Responsibilities
- Validate and maintain securities, issuer, benchmark, pricing, and valuation data.
- Perform data quality checks, investigate discrepancies, and resolve data issues.
- Manage data sourcing, vendor feeds, and integrations with internal systems.
- Distribute investment data and support ad hoc reporting requests.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to data governance and documentation.
- Collaborate with portfolio operations, market data, and technology teams to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of investment operations or investment services experience.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with investment data, pricing, and valuation processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of fixed income, structured products, derivatives, and investment accounting.
- Advanced Excel and experience with Bloomberg, SQL, VBA, Python, or PowerApps.
- Experience with investment accounting or trading platforms such as APX or CRD.
