Job Description

Our client, an influencer marketing agency in LA, is looking for a Sr. Influencer Marketing Account Manager for a temp-to-perm position. This person will play a key role in developing and executing impactful influencer campaigns that connect brands with audiences in authentic and engaging ways. This individual will work across a diverse roster of talent—from micro-creators to high-profile celebrities—crafting strategic partnerships that align with client objectives. The ideal candidate is both relationship-driven and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while collaborating cross-functionally with Creative, Analytics, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution and measurable success.

• This is a hybrid role and requires 3-days/week onsite in Century City.
• Pay Rate: $40-45/hour
• Salary: $80-90k

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns aligned to client goals and brand strategies
• Identify, research, vet, and secure influencer talent ranging from micro-creators to celebrity partners
• Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with influencers, agents, and talent managers throughout the campaign lifecycle
• Manage day-to-day campaign operations including timelines, deliverables, approvals, and communication with talent
• Monitor and track campaign performance, ensuring deliverables are met on time and align with agreed-upon KPIs
• Collaborate with internal Creative, Analytics, and Operations teams to optimize campaign strategy and execution
• Assist in developing campaign briefs, influencer guidelines, and reporting summaries
• Stay up to date on influencer trends, platform updates, and emerging creators to inform strategy and recommendations

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or social media marketing
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels
• Proven experience managing influencer campaigns from concept through execution and reporting
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with experience working directly with talent or representatives
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide actionable insights
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and operations teams
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
