Zuora Billing Consultant

Duration : Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Zuora Billing to support subscription, pricing, invoicing, and payment processes.
• Manage subscription lifecycle activities including amendments, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations.
• Design and implement product catalogs, rate plans, and pricing models in Zuora.
• Develop and support integrations between Zuora and enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or customapplications.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Zuora solutions.
• Troubleshoot billing, invoicing, payment, and revenue recognition issues.
• Support data migration, system enhancements, testing, and production deployments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to improve billing operations.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, compliance requirements, and system governance standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Zuora Billing and Subscription Management.
• Good understanding of recurring billing, invoicing, payments, and collections.
• Experience with Zuora APIs, Data Loader, Workflow, and Reporting.
• Knowledge of subscription business models and SaaS billing concepts.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and integration platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Zuora Revenue (RevPro).
• Knowledge of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 revenue recognition concepts.
• Exposure to Salesforce, MuleSoft, Boomi, or other middleware platforms.
• Zuora Certifications are an added advantage.
