Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). This role focuses on financial modeling, investment research, portfolio analysis, forecasting, risk assessment, and delivering data-driven financial insights to support strategic business and investment decisions.

The Chartered Financial Analyst will collaborate with investment teams, portfolio managers, finance leaders, and business stakeholders to evaluate financial performance, analyze market trends, prepare investment recommendations, and support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and investment analysis
• Build and maintain financial models and forecasts
• Analyze company financial statements and market trends
• Prepare investment recommendations and research reports
• Monitor portfolio performance and investment risks
• Perform valuation analysis using financial methodologies
• Support budgeting and long-term financial planning
• Prepare presentations for internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Collaborate with finance and investment teams on strategic initiatives
• Track economic and industry developments affecting investments
• Perform additional financial analysis duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or active progress toward completion preferred
• 2–5+ years of experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, asset management, banking, or financial planning
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• High attention to detail and professional judgment
