Job Description

Quality isn't the final step in development; it's what defines the user experience.

As the QA Engineer on this project, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that every feature released meets the highest standards of functionality, reliability, and usability. You'll work across complete product workflows, validating both customer-facing and administrative experiences while partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver confident, high-quality releases.

Your work will directly influence product stability, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the platform.

Working alongside a collaborative product and engineering team, you'll contribute to meaningful product releases while helping shape a seamless experience for end users.

In this role, you will:

  • Execute comprehensive end-to-end, functional, regression, and exploratory testing across the platform.
  • Validate complete user journeys spanning both customer-facing and administrative experiences.
  • Design and maintain structured test cases, testing checklists, and detailed test scenarios.
  • Identify, reproduce, prioritize, and clearly document software defects with well-defined expected and actual results.
  • Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing to ensure new enhancements don't introduce unintended issues.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements and strengthen release quality.
  • Test complex workflows involving multiple user roles, permissions, and business processes.
  • Provide actionable feedback that enhances usability, functionality, and the overall user experience.
  • Help ensure every release meets quality expectations before deployment.

You'll thrive in this role if you're naturally curious, analytical, and passionate about delivering software that users can trust.

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance, primarily within web applications.
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end, functional, regression, and exploratory testing methodologies.
  • The ability to create clear, structured test scenarios, comprehensive test cases, and detailed bug reports.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience testing platforms that include multiple workflows, user roles, permissions, and interconnected features.
  • Confidence evaluating both individual features and complete business processes from an end-user perspective.
  • Familiarity with API testing and a solid understanding of backend systems and integrations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional Agile teams.
  • Experience working in fast-paced product environments where quality and speed go hand in hand.

You'll stand out even further if you have experience with tools such as Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps, or similar testing platforms, along with exposure to browser developer tools, REST APIs, or automation testing frameworks.
